These are just a couple of the students who studied European Studies subjects at the University of Portsmouth over the last few years.<\/p>\n

\"student_profiles-02\"Roland<\/h2>\n

Roland Moore studied BA (Hons) European Studies with French and Italian at the University of Portsmouth. He is now based in the UK’s Permanent Representation in Brussels<\/a> working as one of three British civil servants leading UK negotiations on EU environmental policy. Roland says:<\/p>\n

I’m really excited about being a UK diplomat in Brussels and will be working to achieve good outcomes for the UK and EU.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\"student_profiles-03\" Andrea<\/h2>\n

Andrea Zanaglio\u00a0studied BA (Hons) Languages and European Studies at the University of Portsmouth. During his Erasmus year, Andrea worked as an assistant to an Italian MEP (Member of the European Parliament) for six months in Brussels and Strasbourg.<\/p>\n

After graduation, Andrea obtained a six month internship with the Committee of the Regions<\/a>, in Brussels. He is now employed as a personal assistant to an Italian MEP in the European Parliament.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
