One of the regular competitions to become a European civil servant has opened for applications for anyone wanting to be a civil servant in Brussels.<\/p>\n

For Politics Europe<\/a>, Adam Fleming took the test to see what was needed to keep the EU wheels turning, when he spoke to European Personnel Selection Office director David Bearfield, and to Carmen Peter, an executive coach and trainer.<\/p>\n
