Accessing Regional Funds

There are some general rules that apply regarding application for EU funds. The EU will not fund a project that would have gone ahead anyway if the EU finance had not been available. However, the EU never finances 100% of a project, but it will finance substantial amounts. Furthermore, those involved in the application and implementation of a project cannot benefit financially from it.
